AHWK!!! Happy Birthday, small-world-queen!

I made this as a birthday gift for small-world-queen! I know she has a fascination with the Enchanted Tiki Room at the Disney Parks, and she has drawn some few parrot art as well. I decided that I would draw a parrot for her gift. I didn't exactly know what kind of birds were in the Enchanted Tiki Room (seeing how I've never been on the ride), so I went with a natural parrot.

Boy, I didn't think drawing a realistic parrot would be this hard! I kept having trouble with the head! But at least I managed to finish it, right before the day was over! And what I do love is the lighting. I kinda and kinda didn't use a reference image for this: for how the parrot would be clinging to the branch as well as the details of blurry trees in the background. The holding-up-the-claw thing was just my idea.
