Ren Hook and Stimpy Smee

Oh, look at that. What a shock. ANOTHER Ren and Stimpy drawing from me, a guy who's not a fan of them at all, for someone who is a fan of them.

Back in August, she was giving away points "just because" (she probably didn't know what to do with them). She said she would give away an amount of 1 to 50. I asked for 50, and she just gave them to me just like that. I felt great, but guilty at the same time, because I couldn't just give her a small "thank you" just like that. I felt like she deserved something in return. So I came up with the idea for another birthday gift to make up for the 50 points she gave me. Trouble was, what could I draw? I already drew Ren and Stimpy. Should I draw them again?

Then, a few weeks later, this idea came to my mind. I remember Captain Hook calling Mr. Smee a "blithering idiot" once. And then I imagined inserting Ren's accent into the line, resulting in "blitherin' EEDIOT!" And that's where the idea for this picture came. And it makes sense: Hook often has a great temper, yelling all the time, and Smee is bumbling and stupid. Ren and Stimpy fit the part perfectly. So I drew Ren here dressed as Hook, pulling Stimpy Smee by the shirt (like Hook always does to Smee). And of course he would be angry with him for doing something dumb.

And yes, that is the Ren and Stimpy font up there. I downloaded it to use it because, well, I thought it looked cool and fun.
